American Express

My role at Sarankco primarily involved designing mockups for upcoming products and features, along with creating presentations and social media content. I collaborated closely with project managers, developers, content writers, and other team members to ensure that our visual designs facilitated engaging user experiences. I was responsible for executing creative visual designs across multiple platforms, such as mobile, tablet, and desktop devices, contributing to a cohesive and impactful brand image. I worked on projects for American Express, Amazon, GE and Booz Allen Hamilton.

Trigger Redesign

Streamlining the Account Login Process

To enhance user experience and reduce frustration, American Express has introduced a simplified account login process for current card members. This new feature allows users to access all their accounts using a single, user-friendly login function. As part of this initiative, I designed a trigger email to notify users about this convenient update in a clear and easily understandable manner.
